Genova Property Group Appoints Krister Karlsson as Deputy CEO
Genova Property Group has appointed Krister Karlsson as the company's new Deputy CEO. He will assume his position in March 2027.
Genova Property Group has appointed Krister Karlsson as Deputy CEO and a member of the Group Executive Management. He will be responsible for the development of the company’s two business areas: property management and development.
Karlsson is scheduled to begin his new role in March 2027. He joins Genova from Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB), where he most recently served as Deputy CEO and Head of Property Management since 2016, and as COO since 2022.
Prior to his tenure at SBB, Karlsson held the position of Head of Planning and Property Development at Rikshem. His previous experience also includes senior roles at NCC. This appointment is expected to bolster Genova Property Group's strategic focus on property development and management.
