Indian B2B fintech firm GetVantage has raised ₹63 Cr (approximately $6.6 million) in a Series A1 funding round. The capital will be used to expand the company's finance platform and increase its committed financing capacity.
The round, which included both equity and debt, was led by ex-RBL Bank MD Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group. Existing investors, including Chiratae Ventures and Varanium Fintech Fund, also participated.
With this latest funding, GetVantage has raised over $47 million to date. The funds are intended to scale the startup's "capital gateway" platform, an API-led infrastructure that enables marketplaces and logistics companies to embed financing solutions for their merchant networks.
Founded in 2019, GetVantage offers data-driven growth capital and embedded finance solutions for startups, MSMEs, and e-commerce players. The company provides equity-free funding through revenue-sharing agreements, where repayments scale with monthly sales. The platform utilizes alternative data and analytics to evaluate businesses based on their cash flows, rather than relying solely on collateral or traditional lending criteria.
