GFI Integrates AI Assistant Directly into KerioConnect
GFI Software has integrated Eloquens AI directly into GFI KerioConnect, providing AI-powered email assistance to over 30,000 organizations managing their own email servers.

PRAGUE, Czech Republic – GFI Software announced the direct integration of its Eloquens AI solution into GFI KerioConnect, an email and collaboration server used by over 30,000 organizations worldwide. The feature was unveiled at the ZEBR.AI Roadshow Praha 2026.
The new AI assistant offers personalized and customized email handling for organizations that prefer to self-manage their email servers. Many GFI KerioConnect customers opt for self-management to retain control of their data, comply with regulations, or save costs. The Eloquens AI integration allows them to leverage AI capabilities without migrating their email services to the cloud, as required by solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gmail's Gemini.
Within KerioConnect, Eloquens AI aims to process incoming messages before they are opened. It automatically moves notifications and newsletters to a "No reply needed" folder, flags emails requiring a decision, and drafts responses to common queries in the user's style. These features are accessible within GFI KerioConnect Webmail, the desktop client, and Microsoft Outlook.
GFI emphasizes that customer control is maintained. Eloquens AI is disabled by default and requires administrator activation. All emails remain on the customer's servers, and administrators can choose which mailboxes utilize the AI assistant and disable it at any time. The solution is available for GFI KerioConnect customers running version 10.0.9-10757 or later.
GFI Software provides AI-powered security, network management, and communication software for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
