GFI Integrates AI Email Assistant into KerioConnect
GFI Software has embedded its Eloquens AI email assistant directly into the GFI KerioConnect mail server. This update brings AI capabilities to over 30,000 organizations that manage their own mail.

GFI Software has announced the direct integration of its Eloquens AI email assistant into GFI KerioConnect, the mail and collaboration server used by over 30,000 organizations. The move aims to provide advanced AI email management features to businesses that prefer to host their own mail servers.
Unveiled at the ZEBR.AI Roadshow Praha 2026, the integrated AI assistant is designed to offer personalized and automated handling of user emails. This feature provides an alternative for organizations seeking AI benefits without migrating their email infrastructure to public cloud services like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
The Eloquens AI functionality within KerioConnect is set to streamline workflows by automatically categorizing emails, drafting replies in the user's own tone, and identifying messages requiring immediate attention. The system provides reasoning for its actions, enabling users to make quicker and more informed decisions. It operates within the KerioConnect webmail interface, desktop client, and Microsoft Outlook.
GFI emphasizes that control remains with the customer. Eloquens AI is an opt-in feature, activated by administrators who can specify its deployment across mailboxes and disable it at any time. The email data remains on the customer's own server. The AI assistant is available for GFI KerioConnect versions 10.0.9-10757 and later.
