GK Software and Adidas Win Retail Customer Experience Award
GK Software SE and Adidas were awarded Gold in the 'Customer Experience Initiative' category at the 2024 Convrt Awards for creating a unified global customer journey.

Through their collaboration, Adidas has enhanced consumer benefits and empowered staff with innovative checkout options across its approximately 2,000 stores worldwide. The partnership has also resulted in stock accuracy exceeding 99 percent.
The German software company implemented solutions for Adidas that seamlessly integrate RFID-based inventory tracking. This has streamlined logistics, improved inventory accuracy, and enhanced product availability across the retailer's global warehouses and stores. The system also aids Adidas in adhering to local regulatory requirements, allowing resources previously allocated to compliance to be redirected towards customer service and sales.
Adidas' transition to GK's OmniPOS platform has established a comprehensive shopping experience across all sales channels. Customers can now be identified at various touchpoints, including mobile, stationary checkouts, and click-and-collect points. The solutions also enable an integrated mobile experience for store associates on the sales floor.
