GK Software will showcase its contribution to JCPenney's customer experience-focused digital transformation at NRF 2025. The event will feature discussions on retail solutions and partnerships.

GK Software, a provider of retail application systems, is set to highlight its involvement in JCPenney's digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing customer experience at the upcoming NRF 2025 trade show in New York, January 12-14.
The company's collaboration with JCPenney, an American retailer, will be a focal point during JCPenney's "partner perspective" keynote on January 14. JCPenney leaders are expected to discuss how they are integrating mobile-first technology and customer-centric strategies to improve the shopping journey.
JCPenney will also participate in a GK-hosted breakfast briefing to share insights on the implementation of the GK CLOUD4RETAIL platform. The retailer utilizes GK's solutions, including OmnichannelPOS, Transaction+ Payments, and GK Drive, across its store and pump operations.
In 2024, GK Software reported continued growth, establishing itself as a key technology partner for over 20 percent of the Global TOP50 retailers. The company also secured over 45 percent of new store system installations for Tier 1 fast-moving-consumer-goods (FMCG) retailers globally.
GK Software continues to build on existing relationships and forge new partnerships with retailers such as Hy-Vee and RaceTrac, providing solutions that support real-time omnichannel business operations.
