GL Homes launches 42-residence project in Palm Beach Gardens
GL Homes has introduced Orchid Isles, a collection of 42 estate homes within the Avenir master-planned community in Florida.

Florida-based homebuilder GL Homes has launched Orchid Isles, a development comprising 42 estate homes within the Avenir master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens. Prices for the residences start at $2.5 million, with home sizes ranging from approximately 4,400 to over 7,000 square feet.
The project is designed to cater to demand for larger residential footprints. The homes occupy 80-foot-wide lots and feature customizable layouts, including high-end finishes and appliances as standard specifications.
GL Homes President Misha Ezratti stated that the development aims to provide estate-scale living while maintaining access to the existing amenities of the Avenir community, which includes clubhouse facilities, fitness centers, and proximity to regional retail and healthcare providers.
Interested buyers are currently being processed through the company's APEX sales center in Palm Beach Gardens. The project is positioned to leverage the continued growth of the Avenir development area.
