Despite the insolvency of his former firms, Parry used personal assets to complete outstanding client projects. He has now pivoted to a supply-only business model, effectively removing the high-risk variables associated with on-site installation work. The company provides architectural-grade glass and technical CAD blueprints to designers and high-end homeowners.
Operating as a debt-free entity, Lumelle Glass aims to leverage Parry's design expertise to support complex projects. The company reports positive customer satisfaction metrics in its first year of operation, marking a shift toward a more resilient business model.
