Helsinki – Glaston Corporation has finalized the composition of its Nomination Board ahead of the 2026 fall Annual General Meeting. The board comprises four members, with the right to appoint one member each belonging to the company's four largest shareholders.
The basis for appointing these members is determined annually by the registered shareholdings in the company's shareholder register, maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd, as of the first working day of September. The four largest shareholders are entitled to nominate one representative each to the board.
The Chair of Glaston Corporation's Board of Directors will serve as an advisory member of the Nomination Board. The Nomination Board's primary responsibilities include preparing proposals for the Annual General Meeting concerning the composition of the Board of Directors, director remuneration, and other related nomination matters.
