Global Fintech Festival 2026: Day 3 Features New Payment Solutions

The Global Fintech Festival (GFF) 2026 concluded this week, with its final day showcasing a series of new developments in the financial technology sector. Following days focused on partnerships, the event saw companies roll out new services targeting businesses and consumers.

BharatPeX, the enterprise payments arm of BharatPe, launched a new payment gateway aimed at e-commerce and fintech businesses. The platform provides a unified integration supporting over 100 payment methods, including UPI, cards, and net banking. It centralizes checkout, settlements, refunds, and reconciliation into a single dashboard, featuring a dynamic routing engine that optimizes transaction processing based on real-time success rates.

PayU, a fintech company owned by Prosus, introduced Agent HQ, an AI agent storefront designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This no-code tool allows merchants to deploy autonomous AI agents for sales, marketing, and operations. Agent HQ enables product discoverability and transactions directly on AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, integrating seamlessly with existing PayU dashboards.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari launched OneTag, a portability solution for FASTags developed by the Indian Highways Management Company (IHMCL) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). This service allows vehicle owners to switch their issuing bank without replacing their physical FASTag, reducing reissue costs. The Tag ID remains linked to the vehicle, and users can access the service via the NHAI's Rajmargyatra mobile app.
