GOCare OutageIQ Earns Four Diamond Rating in Lightwave's Review
GOCare's OutageIQ platform has received a Four Diamond rating in Lightwave's 2026 Diamond Technology Reviews. The solution enhances communication for broadband providers during network outages.
Alpharetta, Georgia – GOCare, a provider of digital customer experience solutions for broadband service providers (BSPs), announced its OutageIQ solution has been recognized by Lightwave's 2026 Diamond Technology Reviews, earning a 4 Diamond score in the back-office product category.
Lightwave's Diamond Technology Reviews program annually honors innovation in broadband communications technology. Products evaluated by independent industry judges that receive scores of 4.0–4.5 are designated as "excellent products with technical features and performance that provide clear and substantial benefits." GOCare's OutageIQ was among the recognized solutions.
OutageIQ is designed to manage communications during network outages. The platform ingests outage data from a BSP’s network monitoring systems or its control panel, identifies affected subscribers, and automatically notifies them via SMS with status and restoration updates, thereby reducing inbound call volume to customer service. The solution is already adopted by several broadband operators.
According to GOCare, outages are a critical moment for customer trust. "OutageIQ gives providers a way to get ahead of that moment—fewer calls into the contact center, faster answers for subscribers, and a measurably better experience during the service disruptions," said Rick Perkins, COO and Co-Founder at GOCare. This recognition follows previous award nominations for GOCare's OutageIQ solution from various industry organizations.
