GOFO Launches Mailbox Parcel Delivery Service in the Netherlands
GOFO has introduced GOFO Mailbox Parcel in the Netherlands, a new service for small e-commerce shipments. The service offers cost-effective next-working-day delivery with real-time tracking and photo proof of delivery.

Technology-driven last-mile delivery carrier GOFO has launched a new parcel delivery service in the Netherlands. The GOFO Mailbox Parcel service, available from October 14, 2026, allows for the delivery of small and lightweight e-commerce orders directly through the recipient's letterbox. The service aims to combine the convenience of letterbox delivery with next-working-day delivery, real-time tracking, and photo proof of delivery.
The new service accommodates parcels measuring up to 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm and weighing up to 2 kg. As parcels are delivered directly into the letterbox, recipients do not need to be home to receive them. GOFO emphasizes that delivery confirmation via photos provides merchants with a clear record of successful delivery, aiding in the resolution of potential issues.
The service is built upon GOFO's existing delivery network within the Netherlands. According to the company, a pilot phase for the service achieved a 98.5% next-working-day delivery rate. One partner, DHS Services, has reported satisfaction with the service's reliability and cost-effectiveness for small parcels.
GOFO operates as a global last-mile delivery carrier in multiple countries, including the United States, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. The company focuses on leveraging technology to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure reliability.
