GomSpace appoints new regional sales leaders for APAC and EMEA
Small satellite manufacturer GomSpace has appointed two new vice presidents of sales to oversee growth across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
GomSpace has restructured its commercial operations into three distinct regional units: North America, EMEA, and APAC. This shift is intended to improve responsiveness to market demand within the competitive small satellite sector.
Anand Iqbal Gulati will lead sales for the Asia-Pacific region from Singapore. Gulati brings experience from previous roles at Rheinmetall, Xolaris, and SES Satellites. Benjamin Hamel has been named the vice president of sales for the EMEA region, bringing over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and aviation industries to the role.
CEO Carsten Drachmann stated that the new leadership is part of a broader push to deepen customer engagement. GomSpace, based in Denmark with operations in several countries, continues to provide satellite subsystems and mission services to government and commercial clients worldwide.
