GomSpace secures multiple contracts and product orders in early 2026

GomSpace Group, a provider of small satellite solutions, has secured a series of significant contracts and orders in the first quarter of 2026.

On April 1, 2026, the company announced it had received product orders totaling approximately EUR 1.8 million (SEK 19.9 million) for the first quarter. This follows a March 31, 2026 announcement of an EUR 815,000 (SEK 8.8 million) Authorization to Proceed from Unseenlabs for the next tranche of a satellite constellation.

The company is also actively participating in several European projects. In April 2026, GomSpace joined the SATSOL project, supported by Innovation Fund Denmark, aimed at strengthening the European space solar supply chain. Additionally, GomSpace is involved in the LUNA project, which focuses on developing next-generation antenna technology for small satellites.

GomSpace has also expanded its reach into the defense sector. In March 2026, the company was selected to participate in a program by the European Defence Agency (EDA), reinforcing its position in defense and advanced space missions.

The company has also engaged with the European Space Agency (ESA), signing a EUR 1.2 million contract in November 2025 for the SECUSAT project focused on secure space communications, and a EUR 760,000 contract in October 2025 to advance satellite software innovation.
