GoodLeap, LLC has announced the successful closing of its sixth securitization backed solely by home improvement loans. The transaction, valued at $389 million, brings the company's total number of such issuances to 26. Bank of America, N.A. served as the sponsor, with BofA Securities, Inc. acting as the sole structuring agent.
The securitization, named GoodLeap Home Improvement Solutions Trust 2026-2, is backed by $434 million in principal balance of loans originated by GoodLeap. It received ratings from Kroll Bond Rating Agency and Fitch Ratings. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, CIBC World Markets Corp., and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as joint bookrunners.
GoodLeap utilizes its technology and data expertise to make sustainable home upgrades more accessible. The company's platform has facilitated over $38 billion in financing for solar and other home efficiency loans since 2018, enabling more than 1.7 million homeowners to adopt solutions that reduce their carbon footprint.
