Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota Appoints Marc Majors as Chief Services and Programs Officer
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota has named Marc Majors, former Minnesota DEED official, as its new Chief Services and Programs Officer.
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) has appointed Marc Majors as its new Chief Services and Programs Officer. Majors will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s service delivery, shaping program strategy, and leading public policy and advocacy efforts.
Majors brings over 20 years of experience in workforce development and nonprofit management to the organization. Most recently, he served as Deputy Commissioner of Workforce Development at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) from 2022 to 2026. During that tenure, he played a central role in securing more than $130 million in workforce investments. His previous professional background includes roles in the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development and the New York City Department of Employment.
GESMN CEO Dr. Michael Wirth-Davis stated that Majors’ policy experience will be utilized to further the organization’s mission of eliminating barriers to employment. The nonprofit, which provides services for over 5,000 people annually, focuses on job training and support for individuals with disabilities.
