The upcoming update will allow users to ask Gemini, Google's AI assistant, to remember where specific items, such as a passport, have been placed. Gemini can then assist in finding the item when needed, leveraging user-provided information rather than a Bluetooth tracker.
This feature aims to simplify the process of keeping track of less frequently used but essential belongings. The expansion of Find Hub focuses on enhancing the utility of the existing network by incorporating AI-driven memory assistance.
In addition to the Find Hub update, Google is also introducing Motion Assist for Android. This feature, similar to Apple's Motion Cues, aims to reduce motion sickness by displaying on-screen dots that move in sync with a vehicle's motion.
