This new recovery method is not available for all Google account types. Users will not be able to configure selfie sign-ins for Workspace accounts, accounts for children, or those enrolled in Google's Advanced Protection Program.
Google already offers several account recovery options, including recovery contacts, backup codes, and security questions, to help users regain access to their accounts.
