Google has launched its Viewer application, now available on the Google Play Store. Reports indicate the app is specifically intended for Googlebook devices, functioning as a versatile media editing and management tool.
The Viewer app integrates AI features, offering suggestions to add identified dates to Google Calendar and providing route guidance through Google Maps.
It includes image editing capabilities such as annotation, text addition, resizing, cropping, and rotation. A dedicated toolbar allows for quick access to these editing functions.
Furthermore, the app supports PDF editing, enabling users to add text, comments, and signatures. A page preview is available for PDF documents, and a selection tool facilitates manipulation of added content. Video editing is also possible by transferring content to the photo editing function.
