Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 and 2A Get New Features
Google's Pixel Buds Pro 2 and 2A are receiving an update that introduces several new features, including Pixel Watch integration for sleep detection.

Google has released a new update for its Pixel Buds Pro 2 and 2A earbuds, bringing a range of new functionalities to the devices. The company states the update is rolling out now.
The most significant addition is sleep detection powered by the Pixel Watch, which will be available for both pairs of earbuds. When a user falls asleep while wearing a Pixel Watch, the earbuds will automatically pause music, silence notifications, and disable touch controls.
Additionally, both the Buds 2A and Pro 2 models are gaining a tap-to-mute feature. This allows users to mute or unmute their microphone with a quick tap during calls, though it requires the use of a Pixel phone.
This update aims to enhance the user experience by integrating earbuds with wearable technology, offering more intelligent automation and control during daily activities and rest.
