Google Pixel Watch 5 Available at Discounted Price

Google Pixel Watch 5 is currently being offered at a discounted price during Amazon's October sale. The 41mm version is available for $334.99, and the 45mm version for $364.99. This reduction helps to offset the recent price increase for the smartwatch.

The latest iteration of Google's smartwatch was released in August alongside the Pixel 11 phones. It features improvements such as enhanced GPS, gesture controls, and offline Gemini functionality. However, initial reviews noted mixed results regarding the proactive notifications from Google's AI assistant.

The discount is particularly notable as it comes relatively soon after the watch's launch and follows a $50 price hike compared to its predecessor. While not all health features were fully operational at the time of initial reviews, Google is continuing to expand the watch's capabilities through software updates.

Other major retailers, including the Google Store and Best Buy, are also offering the Pixel Watch 5 at a reduced price of $350, though Amazon's current offer represents the lowest price point.
