Gore Mutual Insurance has integrated Guidewire’s ProNavigator tool into its core policy and claims applications. The technology embeds an AI-driven knowledge assistant directly into the interfaces used by underwriters and claims adjusters, eliminating the need to search through fragmented documentation or switch between multiple software systems.
The deployment aims to address operational bottlenecks caused by time-intensive information retrieval. According to company executives, the tool provides a centralized source of truth, intended to standardize decision-making across lines of business and improve response times for broker partners and policyholders.
As part of its ongoing integration into the Beneva group, which began in January 2026, Gore Mutual is prioritizing digital tools to improve scalability. By embedding procedural guidance into daily tasks, the insurer expects to maintain service levels while handling increased transaction volumes.
