Gourmia Releases New Extra-Large 12-Slice Air Fryer Oven

Gourmia has introduced its latest kitchen appliance, an extra-large 12-slice stainless steel digital countertop oven air fryer, now available exclusively at Costco. This new model, designated as Gourmia's largest air fryer oven, combines significant cooking capacity with 13 one-touch functions and smart features aimed at simplifying meal preparation.

The oven boasts a 43-liter capacity, capable of accommodating items such as a 15-inch pizza, a 20-pound turkey, or a 15 by 13-inch baking pan. It offers five rack positions for versatile cooking. The 13 cooking functions include settings for air frying, baking, roasting, slow cooking, and dehydrating, catering to a wide range of culinary needs.

A notable addition is the Easy-Reach Control Panel, a top-mounted digital touch display designed for easy visibility and operation. The new CookFlow™ feature provides visual progress bars, allowing users to monitor preheating and cooking stages at a glance. The appliance also incorporates Gourmia's patented FryForce 360™ technology, which circulates heated air to ensure fast, even cooking and crispy results.

Additional features include quartz heating elements for rapid and uniform heat distribution, a temperature probe for precise internal food temperature monitoring, and a Dual Cook function for seamless transitions between different cooking modes.
