GPGI Investors Have Deadline to Lead Class Action Lawsuit

Investors who bought shares of GPGI, Inc. (formerly CompoSecure, Inc.) and experienced significant losses have until September 14, 2026, to apply to be the lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit. The law firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announced the deadline, which pertains to alleged violations of securities laws during the period of November 3, 2025, to May 6, 2026.

The lawsuit claims that GPGI, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors may have violated federal securities laws. Specifically, the allegations concern statements made by the company during the class period that may have misled investors. Shareholders who purchased GPGI stock within the specified timeframe and suffered financial harm are encouraged to contact the law firm.

To be appointed lead plaintiff, an investor must demonstrate that they have the largest financial interest in the relief sought by the class and can adequately represent the class. GPGI, Inc. previously operated under the name CompoSecure, Inc., and its Class A common stock trades on the NYSE under ticker symbols GPGI and CMPO.

The deadline for potential lead plaintiffs to file their motions is September 14, 2026. Investors who do not take action by this date may be precluded from serving as lead plaintiff or from participating in any future recovery from this litigation.
