Grace Hill Honors Community Contributors with Impact Hero Awards
Grace Hill awarded $6,500 to three women for their dedication to volunteerism and advocacy within their communities.

Grace Hill, a provider of performance solutions for the real estate industry, has announced the winners of its 2026 Impact Hero Awards. The annual program recognizes individuals at Grace Hill client companies who significantly contribute to their communities through volunteerism and advocacy.
The grand prize, totaling $3,500, was awarded to Margaret McNutt for over three decades of work expanding opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Her efforts led to the establishment of Noah's Ark of Central Florida and the creation of The Villages at Noah's Landing, a residential community offering independent living, education, and employment opportunities. McNutt also actively coaches adaptive sports programs and engages in community activities.
The first runner-up award of $2,000 went to Dana Dobrowolski from PRG Real Estate. She was recognized for her support of Team Foster, an organization that helps provide trained service dogs to veterans with disabilities. Dobrowolski has participated in multiple fundraising events, including a 24-hour cycling challenge where she was among the top individual fundraisers.
The second runner-up award of $1,000 was received by Kadi Mancuso Rice of Tailwind Group. She was honored for her work supporting children and families affected by pediatric cancer and epilepsy. Mancuso Rice has completed multiple charity marathons and currently serves as co-chair for the Danny Did Foundation's annual event, which aims to raise awareness of epilepsy and Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) and improve access to seizure-detection technology.
Grace Hill collectively donated $6,500 to the charities chosen by the award recipients. Matt Cotter, CEO of Grace Hill, expressed pride in recognizing the dedication of these women and supporting the causes they champion.
