GrackleDocs Launches AI Tool for PDF Tagging

GrackleDocs has released Grackle PDF, a browser-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to automate the tagging of PDF documents, aiming to make them more accessible and usable. This self-service solution allows organizations to enhance digital compliance without requiring expensive software or specialized expertise.

The tool employs AI to automatically tag headings, tables, and images within a document. It also establishes the reading order, adds alt text for images, and generates metadata. For more complex documents, users have the option to review and edit the results before finalization.

The launch of Grackle PDF addresses the growing demand for accessible digital content. Organizations are increasingly seeking internal tools to improve their documents rather than relying on external services.
