Gradientech raises SEK 47.4 million in rights issue

Diagnostics company Gradientech AB (publ) has announced the results of its recent rights issue, successfully raising approximately SEK 47.4 million before deduction of issue costs. The subscription period for the issue concluded on August 31, 2026.
In total, 5,419,001 shares were subscribed for, representing approximately 86 percent of the total offering. Of these, approximately 68 percent were subscribed for with subscription rights held by existing shareholders, while the remaining 32 percent were subscribed for without these rights. The rights issue will increase Gradientech's share capital by SEK 541,900.10.
The company expects the new shares, currently registered as BTA (Paid Subscription Shares), to be converted into regular shares in September, following registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Gradientech develops the QuickMIC® system, a diagnostic tool for infectious diseases designed to rapidly determine antibiotic susceptibility.
The capital raised is expected to support the company's ongoing operations and its efforts to combat antibiotic resistance by enabling faster, more informed treatment decisions for clinicians.
