Graid Technology Licenses Intel VROC Technology
Graid Technology has licensed Intel's VROC technology and plans to release a redeveloped version. The new VROC™ by Graid Technology is slated for availability in Q3 2026.

Graid Technology has finalized a licensing agreement with Intel to continue the development of VROC technology. The company announced it will relaunch the technology as VROC™ by Graid Technology, with availability expected in the third quarter of 2026.
The company stated that the new VROC version includes a 24-month roadmap, support for Intel Xeon 6 processors, and complimentary upgrades for existing customers. This follows Graid's recent recognition at Interop Tokyo 2026, where its SupremeRAID™ HE product received a Special Prize in the Server & Storage category.
The licensing agreement ensures the continuity and evolution of the VROC technology. Graid aims to provide CPU-native NVMe RAID solutions for Intel Xeon platforms, focusing on enhancing performance and efficiency for enterprise workloads.
