Graid Technology has officially launched VROC™ by Graid Technology, a product representing an actively developed continuation of Intel's VROC technology, backed by OEM support. The company has finalized a licensing agreement with Intel for this initiative.
The new VROC™ by Graid Technology will support Intel Xeon 6 processors and is scheduled to be available through OEM and channel partners in the third quarter of 2026. Graid Technology is offering no-cost upgrades to existing customers who are utilizing the previous Intel VROC version.
The technology focuses on providing NVMe RAID solutions for Intel Xeon platforms. Graid Technology is also providing a 24-month roadmap for the product, signaling a commitment to ongoing development and customer support.
With this move, Graid Technology aims to enhance its position in the enterprise storage solutions market. The company states that VROC™ by Graid Technology is designed to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate performance for demanding AI, HPC, and enterprise workloads.
