The vast amounts of data generated are managed by cluster computing systems, aiming to transform fragile physical artifacts into permanent digital assets.
Hangzhou's 110-kilometer section of the canal faces complex management challenges. The "Smart Canal" system integrates data from a "Water, Land, Satellite, and Sky" monitoring network. However, physical inspections and "fingertip inspection" methods, comparing image pairs for changes, remain crucial.
