Grand Canyon Education reports Q3 2026 revenue growth
Grand Canyon Education posted $267.3 million in service revenue for the third quarter, driven by a 5.2% increase in partner university enrollments.

Grand Canyon Education (GCE), a service provider for 20 university partners, announced service revenue of $267.3 million for the third quarter of 2026. The 2.4% year-over-year growth was primarily attributed to a 5.2% increase in aggregate university partner enrollments, which reached 145,270 students by the end of September.
Operating income for the quarter rose to $51.5 million, significantly exceeding the $18.0 million reported in the same period of 2025. This increase resulted in an operating margin of 19.3%. The prior-year figure had been negatively impacted by litigation-related costs, whereas the 2026 results reflect more stable operational performance.
Enrollment trends showed a shift as online student participation grew by 7.1%, while ground student enrollment at Grand Canyon University decreased by 4.1%. The company now manages 48 off-campus classroom and laboratory sites. Management noted that revenue per student saw minor fluctuations, partially due to shifts in academic calendars that deferred some revenue recognition into the fourth quarter.
