Gravity Launches AI Agent for Sustainability Management
Gravity has launched an AI agent designed to automate corporate carbon and energy management. The agent aims to speed up data migration, reporting, and the identification of energy savings, reducing manual workloads.

SAN FRANCISCO – Technology firm Gravity has introduced the Gravity Agent, an AI-powered tool designed to automate tasks for sustainability and energy management teams. The agent is built to streamline processes that traditionally demand significant time and resources.
The agent can perform all actions available on the Gravity platform and comes equipped with over 85 pre-trained skills developed by the company's climate and energy experts. Initial pilot programs have shown customers achieving up to 70% time savings in data migration, disclosure drafting, and identifying energy cost-saving opportunities.
Gravity states that many "AI agents" currently available in the market are limited to performing a small number of discrete tasks. In contrast, the Gravity Agent is designed for broader task management, capable of planning steps and executing them autonomously when needed.
The introduction of the Gravity Agent is intended to free up sustainability and energy management professionals from routine duties such as data wrangling and reporting, allowing them to focus more on emissions reduction and energy efficiency improvements. In addition to its pre-built skills, users can also develop custom functionalities tailored to their specific needs.
Gravity has also developed methodologies for calculating the emissions associated with its own AI and that of its customers. The company plans to further expand the agent's capabilities and provide support for its adoption.
