Graybar ranked in 2026 top 100 list of employee-favored workplaces
St. Louis-based distributor Graybar has been included in the 2026 America's Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list, marking its fifth consecutive year of recognition.

Electrical and industrial distributor Graybar secured the 46th position on the 2026 America's Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list, a ranking compiled by the Best Practice Institute and featured in The Wall Street Journal. This inclusion marks the fifth straight year the company has appeared on the list.
The rankings are determined through the Best Practice Institute’s Love of Workplace Index, which measures employee sentiment based on a model that tracks collaboration, vision, values, and mutual respect. The analysis focuses on how staff members perceive organizational culture and their degree of emotional connection to their employer.
Graybar, a Fortune 500 company, operates as an employee-owned organization with 355 facilities across North America. CEO Kathleen M. Mazzarella attributed the consistent ranking to the company’s internal ownership structure, which she noted fosters a sense of collective responsibility among its workforce.
