Great Wall Motor Unveils New Haval SUVs at Auto Guangzhou 2017
Great Wall Motor (GWM) showcased its latest Haval SUV models at the Auto Guangzhou 2017 exhibition. The company displayed 19 vehicles, including the new Haval H4 and an updated H6, emphasizing safety.
Chinese automaker Great Wall Motor (GWM) presented its range of Haval SUV models at the Auto Guangzhou 2017 exhibition. The event featured new and updated vehicles, with the company highlighting safety under the theme "Champion HAVAL, Safety First."
The company displayed a total of 19 vehicles, comprising 8 models under the blue-logo Haval brand and 9 models with the red-logo Haval. The exhibition stand was designed in an opera house style and covered an area of 1,995 square meters.
A key unveiling was the new Haval H6 1.5GDIT. This model is equipped with GWM's self-developed 1.5-liter turbocharged engine featuring continuous variable valve lift (CVVL) technology. It achieves a maximum torque of 285 Nm from 1,400 rpm and has 91 applied patents.
The HAVAL H4 also made its debut at the show. This compact SUV is positioned between the H2 and H6 models. It is offered with two engine options, the 1.3GDIT and 1.5GDIT, and features a 7-speed wet-type dual-clutch transmission.
