Great Wall Motor's (GWM) Haval brand reported that its new H10 SUV received more than 31,826 orders during the first 24 hours following its market launch. The announcement came after the vehicle's official debut on August 5.
The five- and six-seat SUV was introduced with promotional pricing, ranging from RMB 201,800 to RMB 223,800 (approximately $27,700 to $30,700 USD).
Haval H10 is equipped with GWM's Hi4 plug-in hybrid system and a 42.8-kilowatt-hour battery. The company stated the vehicle offers an electric-only range of up to 232 kilometers under CLTC standards, with a total combined range reaching 1,404 kilometers.
Additional features include lidar technology and the company's Coffee Pilot 3 driver-assistance system. The strong initial order volume suggests significant consumer interest in the new Haval model within the Chinese market.
