Green Automation, a provider of hydroponic growing systems, has streamlined its HR and payroll processes by implementing Finago's HR easy and ePalkat systems in 2024. The company has moved to in-house management from fragmented data handling.
Green Automation, a provider of hydroponic growing systems, has improved the efficiency of its human resources and payroll processes by implementing Finago HR easy and Finago ePalkat systems during 2024. Previously, the company managed its data across multiple Excel spreadsheets and outsourced its payroll.
The adoption of Finago's solutions allows Green Automation to now handle its HR and payroll operations entirely in-house. This transition has led to a significant increase in operational efficiency and a reduction in manual work.
"We had numerous different Excels. One for tracking paternity leaves, another for personal information, a third for salary data, and there were separate files for special occasions, gifts, clothing sizes, and everything else," stated Pihla Laakso, HR Manager at Green Automation.
The move to integrated systems provides Green Automation with enhanced control and visibility over employee data and payroll operations, aiming to improve data management for strategic decision-making going forward.
