Green Street Enhances AI Server with News Integration and Packaged Workflows

Newport Beach, Calif. – Green Street, a provider of real assets intelligence, data, and analytics, has enhanced its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server with the addition of a news feature and new packaged workflows. These expansions are designed to improve how clients access and utilize Green Street's data and insights within popular AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

The new News feature aggregates commercial real estate (CRE) news from markets including the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and the US. Users can pose natural-language questions and receive synthesized answers with links back to the original articles. This integration adds a layer of context to existing MCP connectors, linking current events and market activity to the underlying data.

The MCP Server allows for the combination of different data sources within a single conversation. This enables users to move from news headlines to underlying data, or vice versa, without leaving their current AI tool. The aim is to provide a more comprehensive understanding of real estate market developments.

Additionally, Green Street has launched new MCP workflows that offer structured and ready-to-use views of the company's intelligence. These include features such as "Ask Green Street Concierge" and "Get Green Street Digest." The packaged workflows are intended to accelerate the application of information and standardize its use across teams. The company plans to regularly expand its library of workflows.

Richard Neale, Chief Product Officer at Green Street, stated that data gains its greatest power when paired with context. These new features provide clients with richer insights and facilitate the transformation of Green Street's analytics into actionable strategies. Both the News feature and the new workflows are now available to Green Street's MCP Server clients.
