Greenberg Traurig Adds Labor & Employment Shareholder in West Palm Beach

Greenberg Traurig has appointed Allison Oasis Kahn as a Shareholder in its West Palm Beach office, strengthening its labor and employment practice. Kahn will serve as chair of the West Palm Beach labor and employment practice, providing counsel to employers amidst the continued growth and business influx in Palm Beach County.

Kahn joins Greenberg Traurig from Carlton Fields, where she practiced for over two decades representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. She is board-certified in labor and employment law by The Florida Bar and advises and defends employers in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings concerning discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and other workplace issues.

The addition of Kahn follows Greenberg Traurig's recent announcement of its relocation to 15 CityPlace, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to the West Palm Beach area. The firm has been serving clients in Palm Beach County for over 40 years.

Kahn's experience includes advising on employment counseling, workplace investigations, employee classification, wage and hour compliance, and complex employment litigation. She has represented clients across various sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, banking, and telecommunications.
