Global law firm Greenberg Traurig has strengthened its capital markets and finance practices in its Mexico office with the addition of two shareholders and two associates. The move aims to enhance the firm's ability to serve clients amidst increasing market sophistication in Mexico.

The new shareholders are Guillermo Uribe Lara and Adrián Gay Lasa, while Jorge E. González and Carlos Guijarro join as associates. Their expertise spans capital markets, structured finance, real estate transactions, and corporate law, with specific experience in areas such as FIBRAs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and complex financing structures.

With these additions, Greenberg Traurig's Mexico office now comprises 31 shareholders, four of counsel, and over 90 legal professionals. The firm is also celebrating the 15th anniversary of its Mexico City office this year, highlighting its ongoing commitment to the region.
