GROHE Outlines Strategy Focused on Industry Growth and Collaboration
GROHE has announced its strategic roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year, emphasizing innovation and collaboration to drive progress in the sanitary industry. The company will participate in ISH 2025 to foster collective advancement.

GROHE AG, a manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fittings, has outlined its strategy for the fiscal year 2024-2025. The company aims to reinforce its role in shaping the sanitary industry by focusing on collaboration and customer-centric innovation. A key component of this strategy includes active participation in industry events like ISH 2025, scheduled for March 2025.
The company's roadmap is designed to generate sustainable growth in a dynamic market environment, particularly as the sector faces economic headwinds. This follows a challenging period for parent company LIXIL's EMEA region, which experienced a 17% sales decline in local currency for the fiscal year 2024.
To better address diverse market needs and drive sales, LIXIL has reorganized its EMENA region into Europe and IMEA (India & subcontinent, Middle East including Turkey, and the African continent). This realignment is intended to enable more tailored strategies and enhanced customer support, while also creating expansion opportunities for LIXIL’s broader portfolio in the IMEA region.
Product development remains a priority, with the planned launch of the GROHE Rapido Shower Frame in July 2024 to simplify professional installation. Additionally, the new GROHE Tempesta hand shower, recognized with design awards, offers customization and incorporates water-saving EcoJoy technology. Production for these and other shower solutions takes place in Germany, adhering to strict quality control measures.
