The oncology and infectious disease portfolios show several advanced-stage assets. In Phase III/Registration, notable candidates include Lynavoy (linerixibat) for cholestatic pruritus, Benlysta (belimumab) for systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease, and the Arexvy vaccine for RSV prevention in older adults.

Further down the pipeline, GSK is advancing multiple candidates in Phase II trials. These include potential treatments for Alzheimer's disease, food allergies, and chronic Hepatitis B infection, alongside ongoing work in HIV, tuberculosis, and other infectious disease areas.
