GSK plc Highlights Employee Contributions in New Video Series

GSK plc has introduced a new video series, "My GSK story," featuring its employees and their professional journeys within the company. The initiative aims to provide insight into how staff members contribute to GSK's culture and its overarching mission to serve patients.

One featured employee, Dominic, a Bioprocess Development Engineer, explains his role in scaling up medicine production. He details how his team transforms initial processes developed by research and development into commercially viable, cost-effective, and high-quality products suitable for patient distribution.

Dominic emphasizes the critical nature of making medicines accessible, particularly for diseases like hepatitis C, which affect millions in regions such as Southeast Asia and China. He states that ensuring affordability is key to reaching these patient populations and serves as a significant motivator for him and his colleagues.

The "My GSK story" series includes eight individual videos, each offering a different perspective on working at GSK. These stories cover a range of roles and highlight the company's commitment to employee development and patient well-being. Previously, GSK has also released series such as "Great place to work" and "Innovating together."
