4 November 2026

GSK has upgraded its financial outlook for 2025 after delivering an 8 percent revenue increase in the third quarter, reaching £8.5 billion. The company’s core operating profit rose by 11 percent, while core earnings per share (EPS) climbed 14 percent to 55.0 pence.

The growth was primarily driven by the Specialty Medicines division, which recorded a 16 percent increase in sales. Bolstered by these results, GSK raised its full-year guidance, projecting a sales growth of 6–7 percent, up from its previous forecast of 3–5 percent. Core operating profit growth is now expected to reach 9–11 percent.

CEO Emma Walmsley stated that the company remains focused on its long-term investment strategy, specifically targeting the launch of 15 new products by 2031. Current R&D priorities include advancing treatments in respiratory, immunology, and oncology fields.

With £6.3 billion in cash generated from operations year-to-date, GSK continues to prioritize reinvestment in its clinical pipeline and shareholder returns. The company declared a dividend of 16 pence per share for the quarter.
