GSK to present cancer research at ESMO Congress

GSK plc is set to present new data from its oncology portfolio and pipeline at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2022. The presentations will include long-term data for Zejula (niraparib) as a maintenance therapy for ovarian cancer, alongside updated findings on Jemperli (dostarlimab) for patients with mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) recurrent or advanced solid tumors.

The long-term analysis from the PRIMA study (ENGOT-OV26/GOG-3012) will reinforce Zejula's role as a PARP inhibitor in first-line maintenance treatment for advanced ovarian cancer. Additionally, updated results from the GARNET trial will demonstrate Jemperli's potential in treating dMMR solid tumors, including endometrial cancer.

GSK will also showcase real-world evidence assessing treatment patterns and outcomes. One analysis focuses on patients with dMMR/microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) endometrial cancer who received early access to dostarlimab through a temporary authorization program in France. The presentations will also explore strategies for evaluating non-overall survival endpoints in cancer.

Through these ESMO presentations, GSK aims to highlight the potential of its approved therapies and its commitment to exploring new approaches that target key pathways and maximize anti-tumor activity. The company anticipates presenting research that further explores the full potential of its approved and investigational therapies in seeking to improve outcomes for more patients.
