GSK's ViiV Healthcare Presents Long-Acting HIV Data
GSK's ViiV Healthcare is presenting data on its long-acting injectable HIV treatments and prevention therapies, as well as pipeline advancements, at the CROI 2025 conference.

GSK plc announced that its majority-owned HIV specialist company, ViiV Healthcare, will present clinical data and research findings across its HIV treatment and prevention portfolio at the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI 2025).
Key presentations will focus on Cabenuva (cabotegravir + rilpivirine injectable) and Apretude (cabotegravir injectable for PrEP), the only approved long-acting injectable therapies for HIV treatment and prevention. New data highlight the effectiveness and real-world use of these therapies across diverse communities.
Additionally, ViiV Healthcare will share promising data from its pipeline, including late-breaking Phase IIb results for an investigational long-acting broadly neutralizing antibody (bNAb) in combination with cabotegravir. Proof-of-concept studies for a third-generation integrase inhibitor and a capsid inhibitor are also set to be presented, exploring potential for extended dosing intervals.
The conference will also feature long-term follow-up data on the efficacy and safety of Cabenuva, alongside findings from implementation studies and comparative analysis of different treatment options.
