GTA 6 TV Content Created by External Animation Studio
Rockstar Games has reportedly hired an external animation studio to produce a substantial amount of in-game television content for Grand Theft Auto 6. This content may include both animated and live-action programming.

Rockstar Games is utilizing external animation studios to create a significant volume of in-game television content for its upcoming title, Grand Theft Auto 6. The game developer has engaged a separate animation studio specifically for producing these series, which are expected to substantially expand the game's interactive media offerings.
Andy Cortez, an editor at the review outlet Kinda Funny, recently shared details from a visit to Rockstar's Edinburgh studio. During the visit, he was shown some of the in-game media content intended for GTA 6. Cortez reported seeing at least two distinct television programs, with one described as being similar in style to the animated series "Family Guy."
Beyond animated content, the in-game television programming is also said to include live-action material. This suggests Rockstar Games is investing heavily in enhancing the immersion and entertainment value within the virtual world of Grand Theft Auto 6.
While previous installments in the GTA series have featured in-game televisions, such as in GTA 4, the content typically consisted of short, looping segments. If these reports are accurate, Grand Theft Auto 6 will elevate this feature to a new scale, approaching the scope of independent production projects and allowing players to "binge-watch" shows within the game's universe.
