Guerbet Appoints Interim Chief Executive Officer
Medical imaging specialist Guerbet announced the appointment of Jérôme Estampes as interim CEO, replacing David Hale. Estampes was previously Chief Administrative and Financial Officer.

Guerbet, a global specialist in contrast agents and solutions for medical imaging, announced on September 22, 2025, the appointment of Jérôme Estampes as interim Chief Executive Officer. Estampes succeeds David Hale, who is leaving the Group to pursue other opportunities.
Hale had been with Guerbet since February 2018, serving first as Chief Commercial Officer and then as CEO since January 1, 2020. The Board of Directors expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.
Estampes joined Guerbet in 2019 as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, overseeing IT, business development, and licensing. His familiarity with the company's financial, operational, and commercial challenges is expected to support a smooth transition and the continued implementation of the group's transformation measures and commercial strategy.
The Nominations and Remuneration Committee has initiated the recruitment process for the permanent Chief Executive Officer position. Guerbet is scheduled to release its 2025 first-half results on September 24, 2025.
