The company, with approximately 3,000 employees worldwide, emphasizes long-term investments and the value of the individual. Despite its global reach, with 60% of staff located outside France, Guerbet aims to maintain a "human scale" by fostering a low-hierarchical structure that facilitates international career development.
Guerbet's business centers on enhancing the precision of medical diagnostics. Annually, the company hires between 250 and 300 new employees across manufacturing, research and development, sales, and support functions in six key countries: Brazil, Canada, China, the United States, France, and Japan.
Recruitment targets roles aligned with the company's core expertise, including contrast agents, injection equipment, and the development of related IT solutions. Guerbet actively seeks positions such as medical sales representatives, field service technicians, and production engineers.
