Guideline Geo secures 1.7 million USD defense sector contract
Guideline Geo has signed a 1.7 million USD agreement to supply drone-borne ground-penetrating radar technology to Rayonix Tech Private Limited.
Guideline Geo announced an order valued at 1.7 million USD from Rayonix Tech Private Limited. The contract covers the delivery of drone-mounted ground-penetrating radar (GPR) hardware and proprietary AI-driven controller software, intended for integration into Rayonix’s existing defense platforms.
Delivery of the systems is scheduled to begin later this year, with full project completion expected in the first quarter of 2027. This move follows a formal Memorandum of Understanding between the two companies, which outlines the parameters of the initial deployment and provides a framework for future original equipment manufacturer (OEM) cooperation.
The adoption of drone-borne GPR represents a shift in how defense sectors conduct subsurface mapping and site analysis. By outsourcing the software and hardware components to a specialized firm like Guideline Geo, Rayonix aims to accelerate the deployment of advanced sensor arrays in their defense operations.
