GWM ORA is preparing to launch its new ORA 7 station wagon, with the vehicle now photographed in the open and its specifications officially registered. This marks GWM's entry into the all-electric station wagon segment. The ORA 7 will be produced by Beam Automotive in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province, and is positioned as a mid-size electric sedan. It measures 4820 mm in length, 1850-1870 mm in width, and 1520 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2870 mm. The car is designed to carry five passengers and has a curb weight of 1850 kg. The vehicle is powered by an electric motor delivering a maximum output of 160 kW and a top speed of 180 km/h. It utilizes lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries supplied by a Chery Group subsidiary. Standard safety features include ABS, with optional ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) and a mandatory Event Data Recorder (EDR).
